After Detox
Unless you want to go back to drinking you should know what to do after the detox process is over. You do not want to start getting lazy or start drinking again so we need to make a couple of lifestyle changes. Its important to stay healthy and start a new routine to keep yourself that way. Of course once you quit drinking you will feel much better. You will want to keep that feeling going so you do some of the following.
1. Eat Better
You should start eating more greens, this means vegetables are something you should consume more. Anything really will be better for you, the better you eat the better you will feel. The reason why you feel so crappy sometimes is because of the crappy food that you eat. A lot of the processed foods will have that effect on you so you will want to. Once you are fully detoxed you should think about changing your diet to a better one.
2.Water
I love water, I have always loved drinking water. Even when I was drinking alcohol every day I enjoyed a nice cup of ice water. You should too, you should start replacing the alcohol with water because it is going to make you feel better than you could imagine. lots of water intake makes your brain functions better and will even improve your mind state.
3. Exercise
I think this is the most important after an alcohol detox. You will want to keep your mind busy these next couple of weeks or months. Why not do it in a healthy way and start exercising more. If you can go to the gym that is even better for you. Exercise helps to relieve your body of detox symptoms and helps your body feel better.
This is it, all you really need to do is follow these three things and you will start to feel amazing after detox. Your life has already changed for the most part, why not keep it going and make yourself feel even better!
